Flexible U-channels for frameless shower doors are manufactured in flexible PVC, the material best suited to this application. Soft and rubber-like due to its plasticizer content, flexible PVC compresses evenly against the glass, holds its shape over time, and resists the moisture and everyday wear inherent to shower door installations.
