When To Expect Your Product
When placing an order, it is very important to understand our lead times. As a custom manufacturer, we do not typically keep products in stock. As soon as we receive your PO, we begin the process of making your unique product.
You can trust that our lead times are as short as possible, and have a purpose. Lead times are necessary to compound the perfect material and manufacture parts to meet exacting standards. In addition, all orders must go through a rigorous review, and parts do not leave our facility without being inspected by our experts. Our attention to detail and strict adherence to the AS9100 Revision D quality requirements mean you will receive high quality products as quickly as possible.
We believe in doing things quickly, but quality rules. Quality is what drives our lead times. So, please place orders with plenty of time to allow us to make a part that will perform exactly as you expect. Lead times are printed on your PO confirmation. Please take note of that date. If you need something made faster, contact us to discuss expedite options.
Global supply chain challenges have created material shortages, thus increasing lead times. Please work with your sales rep to determine the most accurate lead times for your job. The situation is changing quickly and often and we want you to get your product when you need it!
