We make our dies in-house, giving us the flexibility to create brand-new parts when you are ready to order. Our facility can water-jet cut custom dies from thick steel discs to match the exact profile you need. This in-house tooling capability allows us to quickly adjust and optimize your parts during the manufacturing process, ensuring perfect results every time.

Custom Extrusion Manufacturing
Rubber Extrusion Capabilities
Our capabilities cover solid and hollow profiles, from simple to highly complex profiles and geometries, in a wide range of materials including EPDM, silicone, neoprene, nitrile (NBR), Viton™, and more. With tens of thousands of successful custom extrusions produced, we know how to turn your specifications into durable, high-quality components, made entirely in the USA.
Profile Complexity: From simple bulb seals, L-shapes, and double bulb seals to complex custom extrusions and self-locking gaskets, we can extrude almost any standard or custom profile.
Materials Available:
- EPDM: excellent ozone and weather resistance
- Silicone: wide temperature range: -80°F to 450°F
- Neoprene: oil and chemical resistance
- Nitrile/NBR: fuel and oil resistance
- Viton™/FKM: high-temperature and chemical resistance
- Natural Rubber: excellent resilience and abrasion resistance
- Custom compounds developed in our on-site laboratory
Tolerances: Typical commercial tolerances range from ±0.005" to ±0.030" depending on the dimension and material. For aerospace and military applications, we routinely meet more stringent specifications.
Plastic Extrusion Capabilities
We have decades of experience manufacturing thousands of unique custom plastic extrusions in almost every shape, size, and color you can imagine. Our plastic extrusion capabilities range from very complex, custom-made parts and profiles to simple, more common, and standard shapes.
Materials Available:
- PVC, ABS, and thermoplastic elastomers
- PP, CPVC, HDPE, and LDPE
- Custom compounds with UV inhibitors, anti-oxidants, or colorants
Special Features:
- Materials that give off a modest glow and extruded parts with strong UV resistance for outdoor usage
- Parts can be cut to any size, with hot melt tape (pressure-sensitive adhesive) application available
- Custom colors available: We manufacture in almost every color imaginable
- Pipe diameters from 1/8" to 6" with plain or belled ends
Rubber Sheet Manufacturing
Our custom rubber sheet products are available up to 60″ wide, untrimmed, and can be produced in thicknesses from .008″ to .5″ to meet your exact specifications. We manufacture rubber sheet in Neoprene, Butyl, Fluorocarbon, Fluorosilicone, Natural Rubber, Nitrile, Silicone, Thermoplastics, and EPDM.
Additional Capabilities:
- Fabric inserts and fabric finishes for added reinforcement
- PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) applications
- Custom printing for identification or branding
- Molded slabs available for thicknesses over 1/2 inch

Molded Rubber Products
We manufacture molded rubber parts to fit any application, in all sizes, materials, and shapes. We follow the RMA handbook to standardize tolerances for molded goods to ensure consistent quality across all molded products.
