At Vip Rubber and Plastic, we truly appreciate our employees and the hard work they put in every single day. We are honored that our employees stay loyal to us for the long run. Our philosophy is to treat employees as family, and we do that in many unconventional ways. We understand hardships and the many challenges people face in the workforce and align with our employees to make sure they are well taken care of.

We recently celebrated and honored our long-time employees. We have 32 excellent people who have been with us for 30 or more years, four have been with us for 10+ years, and 19 with 5+ years.

Experience and wisdom are at the heart of a company’s success, which allows us to provide the highest quality custom rubber and plastic parts. We have decades of experience in management, estimating, rubber extrusion, plastic extrusion, molded rubber, rubber sheet, pipe, and tubing. The collective knowledge and hands-on approach have helped Vip be a successful manufacturing company since 1961.
